The person behind the work

Hi, I'm Ylenia.
Here's how I got here.

A short version of a long journey through five continents, dozens of jobs and one big decision to do things my own way.

Chapter 01
I left Italy after high school with a one-way ticket to Australia.
The plan was to learn English and come home. What actually happened changed everything. From there I kept going. Asia, Europe, South America.
Chapter 02
Travelling isn't free, so I got good at a lot of things fast.
Receptionist, hostess, secretary, sales. Every role taught me to learn quickly and adapt to situations I'd never been in before.
Chapter 03
Then I became the Robin to three CEOs' Batman.
As Office Manager at a financial group, supporting three CEOs at once. That's where I got obsessed with getting details right under pressure.
Chapter 04
I loved the work but it conflicted with my other great love.
So I went freelance, went fully remote and never looked back. Today I support companies from wherever I happen to be in the world.

Delegating isn't giving up control. It's choosing to put your energy where it actually counts.
